This little crab was freaked out by my presence, but he still wasnt going to give up his ground (or rock)
This was one of the thousands of anenomes that you could find in the pools between the rocks. When the tide is low the just recoil into the shape of a ring and wait for the tide to come back up. Very impressive considering my brother Rob and myself did a saltwater tank for a few years, and it was such a delicate ecosystem to manage.
